designation is a FAMILY of turbos, and just referrs to the compressor side (as oppossed to say the HKS 2530, which referrs to a specific compressor and exhaust side). It is a more efficient housing than the older TO4B series and you can get a wide variety of wheels for the compressor (from about 35 lbs /minute to about 65 lbs/minute. That's a range of about 350-650 hosrsepower). You can then mate it with any number of turbine sides', from a T-3 to a large T-4 wheel. I don't know exactly about fitment on a Z32, but I would assume there would be alot of cutting and fabrication, as the physical size of the housings are significantly larger than anything commonly used on the Z (I'm assuming you are looking for use on a Z32). I have a TO4E compressor with a (Turbonetics) 62-1 wheel and a full T-4 exhaust side with a P trim wheel and the dimensions are: 11" from entry on the compressor housing to back of the turbine housing, the compressor housing is 8" in diameter, and the exhaust housing is about 7". If you are indeed considering use of this family of turbos on the Z, you may want to consider some of the new ball bearing options instead, as this is really old diesel technology, and the newer style turbos (JWT 700 for example) is more cost effective and can get you better all around performance. Just my .02$....at best. Take care, Mark
